Ways to get involved
Sponsor a Romodel
One of your own team can become a Romodel, inspiring children and setting missions that build their knowledge and skills in your industry. It puts your organisation in front of children years before they choose a career, showing them a path they didn't know was possible.
Sponsor a school
Fund a programme in one of our existing 58 partner schools, or work with us to reach a school in your companies’ community, where your own staff
Pro bono expert skills
Share your expertise in areas like marketing, cyber security, or legal. It's expertise our small team doesn't have in-house, and it allows us to scale our impact and reach more children across Wales.
Payroll giving
Set it up once through your payroll system, and your staff can give the smallest among us the biggest career dreams, and the knowledge, skills, and self belief to reach them.
Gifts in kind
Laptops, software licences, or meeting and event space. Small to you, and often the difference between a task we can and can't take on as a small charity.
